Editor and Content Creator, Excelling in College through Health and Wellness (ECNW): Spring 2013 (Volunteer since May 2012)
· I organize, retrieve, and review health and wellness content for publishing. We aim to integrate popular culture and health information to appeal to our 450 college student viewers while dispelling health myths. Peer Leader, Women in Math Science and Engineering Living and Learning Community: May 2012-February 2013
The WIMSE community was established in fall 1996 to provide a supportive environment for undergraduate female students in a mathematics, science or engineering curriculum. The community is now home to approximately 135 students in Trelease Hall, Florida Avenue Residence Halls. WIMSE provides an active academic and social network designed to ease student transition to the university and facilitate student academic success. As a peer leader I help personally mentor students and run activities throughout the year to ensure their successful transition to college life. I Planned and led 10 programs

Division 1 Counselor, Chatham Day Camp: Summer 2012
Chathman Day Camp is a Fine Art based camp where campers enhance their talents in theater, art and music. I am in charge of a group of seven kindergartners and am responsible for their well being at all times. Fostered a positive, supportive, friendly environment that encouraged members to achieve their goals. I monitored the gym ensuring proper function of all equipment and cleanliness. For new members taught them the proper workout positions to use on the machines while monitoring continuing members for good form.
